5.0 (1)1 field report
A traprock ridgeline hike in Meriden starting from Giuffrida Park. Summit views from Chauncey Peak and Lamentation Mountain span from Hartford to the north to nearly New Haven to the south, some of the longest sightlines of any hike in the state. The trail network is accessible from multiple trailheads and connects to several miles of ridge walking. Best in fall when the ridge is above the tree line. Free, dogs welcome.
