The highest traprock peak in CT and one of the most dramatic ridgeline views in southern New England. Part of Hubbard Park in Meriden. The hike up is short but steep. At the top you get sweeping views of Sleeping Giant, the Hartford skyline, and Long Island Sound on clear days. The twin peaks (East and West) are both worth exploring. Free, open year-round. Hubbard Park also has a castle and reservoir nearby.
